Attorneys Timothy Manchin and Michael Aloi are cousins who grew up together and founded this firm in 1983 with a dual mission: to help families and individuals hurt by the negligence of others obtain fair and full compensation for their losses; and to continue their family's long tradition of public service to the people and communities of North Central West Virginia.
In the years since, even though they have gained valuable experience, and their client base and business have grown to the furthest reaches of West Virginia, the mission has remained the same.
Our Practice
Today, the majority of our practice focuses on representing families in the Fairmont area and throughout north central West Virginia who have legal claims involving personal injury, wrongful death or social security disability. In addition, our lawyers offer valuable experience with regard to mediation, business litigation and election law issues as well.
