FIRM OVERVIEW
The offices of Manchin & Aloi, PLLC are located in the Manchin Professional
Building in Fairmont, West Virginia. When you walk in our office, you will
notice our reception area which includes a spiral
staircase beneath an extraordinary skylight.
There are seven offices for attorneys and support
staff, as well as a centralized work area for other members of the support
staff. When you walk down the staircase, you will notice our extensive
legal library and spacious conference room. In order to keep up with
rapidly changing technology, our office is equipped with a local computer
network and individual workstations. This allows information to be
exchanged and shared between attorney and staff.
We utilize a Windows 2000 Network Operating
System in conjunction with Windows XP Professional clients. Document
generation is accomplished using Wordperfect 8 and Microsoft Word 2002
software. Our client/matter database is managed with Time Matters
software. We recently purchased a digital document management system to
improve the quality of work produced.
We also have the capability of scanning,
capturing digital images, sending and receiving e-mail messages, and
performing internet research. We feel that everyone is entitled to legal
representation and we strive to make that representation affordable.
Toward that end, we offer free consultations and
most cases are taken on a contingency basis. We also know that it is
sometimes difficult to come to our offices during regular business hours.
In order to accommodate the schedules of potential and current clients, we
are happy to arrange evening, weekend, and home appointments.
