A 1980 graduate of the WVU College of Law, Mr.
Manchin is a Past-President of the West Virginia Trial Lawyers Association
and currently serves as a West Virginia delegate to the American Trial
Lawyers Association. His particular emphasis is in the areas of personal injury and medical negligence.
MICHAEL JOHN ALOI, born 1958; admitted to
bar, 1983, West Virginia. A 1980 graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan
College and a 1993 graduate of WVU College of Law, where he received both
the Order of the Coif and the Order of the Barristers, Mr. Aloi is engaged
in the general practice of law with particular emphasis on areas of
personal injury, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute
resolution.

He is a Past-President of the West Virginia State Bar (2002-2003),
Past-President of the Marion County Bar Association. In 2001, he was named
as Member of the Year by the West Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and
in 1997 he was named as Pro Bono Attorney of the Year by the WVU College of
Law Appalachian Center for Law and Public Service. He is a present member
of the Board of Governors for the WV Trial Lawyers. He serves as an
adjunct professor at the WVU College of Law and the West Virginia Wesleyan
College MBA program.
